How much event coverage should I book?

Start with the parts of the event you want photographed: arrivals, speakers, activities, group portraits, or the closing celebration. I'll help you compare the available packages against your schedule. If you need a different coverage window, ask about a custom quote.

What details should I send with my inquiry?

Send your date, venue or city, start and end times, and a brief schedule. Let me know which people, presentations, activities, or group photographs matter most, along with any venue restrictions and intended uses for the images.

Can our organization use the photographs for marketing?

Tell me whether you need images for your website, social channels, press coverage, or advertising. Commercial and organizational uses need to be discussed before booking, with the permitted uses confirmed in your written agreement.

When and how will we receive the event photographs?

Your proposal confirms the delivery schedule and expected image count. Edited, high-resolution photographs arrive in a private online gallery. Mention any publication deadline when you inquire so I can confirm whether it can be accommodated.

How do we reserve an event date?
