How do I book Grayson Flicks Photography?

Start by sending your date, location, and the type of photography you need through my contact form. I’ll confirm availability, answer any immediate questions, and recommend the best option. Your session or event is officially reserved after the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is paid.

How much does a Denver photographer cost?

Current starting prices are $1,000 for wedding photography, $200 for portrait photography, $300 for family photography, and $400 for event photography. The Classic Portrait Photography Package starts at $275 and includes a session of up to 1.5 hours. The final total depends on the package, coverage time, location, travel, taxes, and any custom additions. Review the current Denver photography packages and pricing, then send your date and plans for an exact proposal.

What wedding photography packages are available?

Wedding packages currently start at $1,000 for 4 hours and 150 edited high-resolution images, $1,400 for 6 hours and 275 images, and $1,800 for 8 hours and 400 images. The three options include 15, 30, or 45 minutes of getting-ready coverage for each partner. The $1,400 package includes a sneak-peek gallery within 3 weeks, while the $1,800 package includes one within 2 weeks. See the wedding photography pricing guide for the latest package information.

What is included with every photography booking?

Every package includes creative direction, posing guidance when needed, photography coverage, careful image selection, professional editing, high-resolution finished photographs, and an online gallery for viewing and downloading. Your proposal confirms the exact coverage, image count or expectations, turnaround, travel, and any additions before you reserve.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, reaching out 6–12 months ahead gives you the best chance of securing your date. For portraits, couples, families, graduations, and smaller events, 2–4 weeks is often enough. Last-minute availability changes, so it is always worth asking.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Contact me as soon as your plans change. Rescheduling and cancellation terms depend on the booking and are explained in your agreement. When possible, I’ll help you find a new available date rather than leave you guessing about the next step.

Planning Your Session

Direction, clothing, locations, weather, and preparation.

Do you help people who feel awkward in front of the camera?

Yes. Most of my clients do not arrive knowing how to pose. I give clear, simple direction when it helps, then leave room for natural interaction so your photographs still feel like you. You can see more about that balance on my photography style and approach page.

Can I request specific poses or photographs?

Absolutely. Share the people, details, or combinations that matter most to you. A short inspiration list can be useful, but I will adapt ideas to your setting, light, and personalities instead of forcing every moment to match someone else’s photograph.

What should we wear for a portrait, family, or engagement session?

Choose clothing that feels comfortable, fits the setting, and coordinates without matching exactly. Solid colors, texture, and a limited palette usually photograph well. After you book, I can help you compare outfit options based on the location, season, and look you want.

Can you help us choose a photography location in Colorado?

Yes. Tell me whether you prefer an urban, garden, foothill, indoor, or more personal setting. I can help compare the light, access, parking, privacy, and permit considerations. Browse my Colorado photography service areas for the communities I regularly serve.

What happens if the weather does not cooperate?

Colorado weather can change quickly, so I keep an eye on the forecast and communicate with you. Depending on the session, we may adjust the timing, use a covered location, work with light weather, or reschedule when conditions would be unsafe or keep you from enjoying the experience.

Do we need a permit for our photography location?

Some parks, venues, public spaces, and managed properties require permits or photography fees. The client is generally responsible for location permission, but I can help identify questions to ask and plan around access requirements before the session.

Services & Travel

What I photograph and where I work across Colorado.

WeddingsPortraitsEventsTravel
What photography services does Grayson Flicks offer?

I photograph weddings, engagements, couples, families, individual portraits, graduations, and events. Each service has its own planning needs and portfolio: explore weddings, portraits and graduations, families and engagements, or events.

Where is Grayson Flicks Photography based?

Grayson Flicks is based in Denver, Colorado. I regularly serve clients in Denver, Boulder, Golden, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Colorado Springs, and surrounding Front Range communities.

Does Grayson Harris travel outside Denver for photography?

Yes. I travel throughout Colorado for weddings, portraits, engagements, family sessions, graduations, and events. Send your date and city so I can confirm availability, estimated travel time, and any location-specific planning.

Is there a travel fee for photography outside Denver?

A travel fee may apply based on distance, drive time, parking, lodging, permits, or venue access. I’ll identify any travel cost in your proposal before you sign, so it will not appear as a surprise later.

Can one booking include more than one type of coverage?

Often, yes. A wedding may include engagement photographs, an event may need portraits of speakers, or a graduation session may include family photographs. Tell me everything you are planning and I’ll suggest a practical coverage plan.

04

Delivery & Image Use

Editing, galleries, turnaround times, downloads, and printing.

EditingGalleriesPrintingUsage
How long does it take to receive my photographs?

Turnaround depends on the service and package. For weddings, the $1,400 package includes a sneak-peek gallery within 3 weeks and the $1,800 package includes one within 2 weeks. A sneak peek is not the complete wedding gallery. The delivery schedule for your full wedding, portrait, family, graduation, or event gallery will be confirmed in your proposal and agreement.

How will my edited photographs be delivered?

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and favorite your edited photographs. Gallery access and download instructions are included in your delivery email.

How many photographs will I receive?

The final number depends on coverage length, the pace of the session or event, and what unfolds in front of the camera. I focus on delivering a complete, carefully edited story rather than filling your gallery with repeated frames. Any minimum expectations are stated in your proposal.

Can I print and share my photographs?

Yes. Personal-use printing and sharing rights are included unless your agreement says otherwise. Copyright remains with Grayson Flicks Photography, and commercial, publication, or organizational uses may require separate written permission.

Do you provide RAW or unedited files?

No. Editing is part of the finished work and helps create consistent color, exposure, and quality. I deliver the strongest photographs from your session or event as professionally edited, high-resolution files.
