Booking is easy — simply fill out our contact form or reach out via email or social media. Once we confirm your date and location, we’ll send over a photography package guide and contract. A 50% security deposit is required to secure your booking.

For weddings, Grayson Flicks recommends booking approximately 6–12 months in advance to help secure your preferred date, especially during peak wedding seasons in Colorado.

For portrait sessions, family photos, couple shoots, or sports photography, availability is often more flexible, and many sessions can typically be scheduled 2–4 weeks in advance depending on the season, location, and current booking availability. Booking early is always encouraged to ensure the best scheduling options.

Turnaround times vary by session type, but generally:

• Portraits / Family / Sports: within 2–3 weeks

• Event Coverage / Weddings: within 6–8 weeks

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download and share directly.

Colorado weather can be unpredictable, but Grayson Flicks always prioritizes client comfort, safety, and overall experience. If rain, snow, high winds, or other extreme weather conditions create unfavorable shooting conditions, sessions can be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Yes! Grayson Flicks proudly serves clients throughout Denver and the surrounding areas across Colorado. Travel is also available for photoshoots outside those locations, including mountain engagement sessions, destination weddings, sporting events, and family photography in other Colorado cities and beyond.

Sessions outside the Denver area will incur additional travel fees based on distance, travel time, lodging requirements, or location accessibility. All potential travel costs are discussed during the booking process to ensure full transparency and no unexpected fees.
