My Denver photography packages start at $1,000 for weddings, $200 for portraits and graduations, $300 for families and couples, and $400 for events. Prices are in USD. Coverage, group size, location, travel, applicable taxes, and custom additions may affect your final quote.

Event photography has three starting options:

• Essential: up to 1.5 hours, from $400.
• Classic: up to 3 hours, from $700; sneak-peek gallery within 1 week.
• Premium: up to 6 hours, from $1,000; sneak-peek gallery within 3 days.

Starting options depend on your session type:

• Portraits & graduations: 1 hour from $200; 1.5 hours from $275; up to 2 hours from $350.
• Families & couples: 1 hour from $300; 1.5 hours from $375; up to 3 hours from $500.

Every package includes planning help, photography coverage, posing guidance when needed, image selection, professional editing, high-resolution finished photographs, and an online gallery. Your proposal confirms coverage, gallery expectations, delivery, travel, and any additions before you reserve.

Reach out once you know your preferred date. For weddings, planning 6–12 months ahead gives us more time to work through the details. For portraits, families, couples, graduations, and smaller events, a few weeks of notice is helpful. I can also check last-minute availability.

Contact me as soon as your plans change. Rescheduling and cancellation terms depend on the booking and are explained in your agreement. When possible, I’ll help you find a new available date rather than leave you guessing about the next step.

Your proposal and agreement confirm the delivery date for your full gallery. Some packages also include an earlier sneak peek:

• Weddings: Classic within 3 weeks; Premium within 2 weeks.
• Events: Classic within 1 week; Premium within 3 days.

A sneak peek is a preview, not the full gallery. Review the package details for your booking.

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and favorite your edited photographs. Gallery access and download instructions are included in your delivery email.

The final number depends on coverage length, the pace of the session or event, and what unfolds in front of the camera. I focus on delivering a complete, carefully edited story rather than filling your gallery with repeated frames. Any minimum expectations are stated in your proposal.

Personal-use printing and sharing rights are included unless your agreement says otherwise. Copyright remains with Grayson Flicks Photography unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. For commercial, publication, or organizational use, tell me how you plan to use the images so I can confirm the appropriate permissions.
